Blazing Pyrotheum is a liquid added by Thermal Foundation. It is made from Pyrotheum Dusts by melting it down in a Magma Crucible.
Blazing Pyrotheum is used in few recipes in the related mod Thermal Expansion 4 and 5. In Thermal Expansion 5, it is used as a fuel in the Magmatic Dynamo for 2,000,000 RF per bucket, and as an input fuel in an Induction Smelter with Pyro-Concentrator augmentation for increasing yield from ores.
Properties[]
When placed in the world, any blocks within 2 blocks from the source block will randomly catch fire, while flammable blocks will be destroyed. The source block will also gradually fall downwards to the lowest solid block whenever possible. Both properties can be switched off in the configuration file.
Certain blocks will be converted to another block when they are within 2 blocks from the source block:
- Cobblestone, Water, Ice to Stone
- Grass to Dirt
- Sand to Glass
- Clay to Terracotta (or Hardened Clay)
- Snow blocks and Snow layer to air
Upon contact, Creepers will explode immediately, while other mobs will take 1 heart of damage per hit.
