Black Heart is a food added by Defiled Lands. It is dropped by Shamblers and Twisted Shamblers, and can also be found inside defiled dungeons.
It is very unwise to eat it, due to the various negative effects it gives, and is instead mostly used to craft tools alongside with Scarlite and to make the Calling Stone.
