The Ball of Fur is an item added by Actually Additions. Tamed Ocelots will occasionally drop it, like how Chickens drop Feathers. There is a 1/5000 chance each tick, or a 1/250 chance each second, or 24% chance each minute, of a Ball of Fur dropping from an Ocelot. Right-clicking it will drop a random item.
