The BBQ Tofu is a food item from The Vegan Option. It is only accessible when Pam's HarvestCraft is installed. When eaten, it restores 14 hunger and saturation points.
Its tooltip description, Cut on a bias, is a reference to a joke within the vegan community (particularly the /r/vegan and /r/vegancirclejerk subreddits) about barbecued tofu being cut diagonally despite this only being a useful way to cut meat products.[1]
BBQ Tofu was removed in version 0.3.0 of The Vegan Option due to Pam's HarvestCraft not being available for Minecraft 1.20.2 at the time of release.
