Axe of the Stream
The Axe of the Stream is an Axe added by Thaumcraft 4. It has 1500 points of durability and when used as a weapon deals 6 () points of damage. When chopping a tree, it will chop all the tree down from the top to the bottom while making leaves decay faster and it will automatically pull chopped woods and saplings. It has a right-click function where it will attract any nearby dropped items, not just wood. All of these functions can be negated if the player holds shift while using the Axe.
By combining water shards and a thaumium axe, you have created a tool that embodies aspects of motion and flow. It functions like a normal axe in all materials except natural logs and trees. When used on them the axe will seek the furthest blocks of the same type that is still connected to the block that you are attempting to harvest and harvests that one instead. In effect you will chop trees from top down even if you hit the bottom-most block. Any wood harvested in this fashion will automatically float towards you. If you press and hold right-click the axe will draw all nearby items towards you - not just wood it chopped. If shift is held while using this tool, all its properties are suspended and it will function like a normal axe
