The Autoclave is a machine from GregTech 5 which can be used to convert dusts into crystals, like Lapis Lazuli and Nether Quartz. The machine has a fluid input for Water or Distilled Water, as 200L are used per process. Distilled Water is recommended, as its recipes consume less time and energy. It is highly recommended to use purified or impure dusts, as the aforementioned items have a chance of success of 95%, unlike clean dusts, which only have 70%. Moreover, if Applied Energistics 2 is installed, the machine can be used to grow Pure Certus Quartz, Nether Quartz and Fluix Crystals.
