Atomic Science is a mod by Calclavia that uses the Universal Electricity API. It is based on nuclear physics and features energy generation and utilisation from dangerous materials. The mod used to be in Ampz Modpack and Infamy Modern Warfare, but after the modpacks were removed from the FTB Launcher, Atomic Science is only featured in some ATLauncher packs and in Tekkit.
