When provided with any item and 7 Circuits of any kind, it will turn the provided item into 4 copies of itself. This process consumes all 7 Circuits and requires a total of 1,500,000,000 Redstone Flux. It is consumed at a rate of up to 1,500,000 RF/t, meaning that it takes at least 1000 ticks (or 50 seconds) to complete.
