The Algorithm Assimilator is a machine added by Calculator. It is used to automatically harvest Pears and Rotten Pears from Pear Trees and Weakened Diamonds and Flawless Diamonds from Diamond Trees.

Placing it next to a Pear or Diamond Tree, facing the tree, will cause it to periodically harvest their drops from their leaves. Those can then be extracted either by hand or with anything that can pull items from inventories.
