The Alder Sapling is a tree sapling added by Witchery. It grows into the Alder Tree, which can be harvested for Alder Wood and Alder Leaves. Alder Leaves can sometimes drop more Alder Saplings. It can be used to create Wood Ash and Reek of Misfortune in a Witches Oven.
Alder Saplings can only be obtained by using Mutandis on another plant. The chance that it is produced is random.
Breaking Alder Wood can cause Ents to spawn.
