The Alchemical Bag is a portable storage device in ProjectE.
It stores 104 stacks of items (32 more stacks than the vanilla's 72 item stack double-chest). Unlike the Alchemical Chest, it does not have an EMC value.
You may have more than one of these in your inventory.
It can be dyed a multitude of colors using the vanilla dyes.
